This 12-month program focuses on the ancient medical science of Ayurveda and its application to the feminine divine on all levels of her consciousness - from the physical to the spiritual.
Ayurveda, the knowledge of life, wants us to return to nature and her rhythms so we can fully embody our inner goddess throughout the seasons and stages of our lives. When we are part of this natural Pranic flow profound change is created and our empowered Shakti energy moves mountains.
In today's world, women play many roles and have many labels appropriated onto them from working professional, mother, sister, daughter to wife, partner, care-giver and friend. These culturally formed paradigms create expectations of women that are often unrealistic, imbalanced and distract us from knowing our true selves and our Dharma. They further divide us and create gender gaps that are not necessary and become a source of unneeded tension and confusion.
The ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga provide a different path for women - one that is defined by restoring our natural balance and creating harmony within ourselves, reconnecting to consciousness and the feminine divine and advocating for meaningful and democratic change in the world.
