It will be a twelve-month course that explores of nature of the true self and establish a solid foundation to embrace the Tao.

Phase 1: Who Am I?

Topics Include: The Consciousness Model of Ayurveda, The Biology of the Self, The Three Imperatives for Health, Ayurveda Through the Koshas, Vedic Astrology and the Self, The Three Vital Essences and Their Relationship To Who We Are, The Soul and the Different Bodies, Holding Space & Witness Consciousness, Seasonal and Daily Routines. Intensive Weekend Dates:  February 5-7, March 5-7, April 2-4, 2021.
